5 Signs Your Portfolio Needs a Refresh
A portfolio doesn’t need a refresh on a schedule — it needs one when it stops representing where you actually want to go. If you’re embarrassed to send the link to a potential client, that’s usually the clearest signal, even if you can’t say exactly why.
Other signs worth watching for: your best project is more than two years old, your case studies don’t match the type of work you want more of, or you find yourself explaining context out loud that should have been on the page. Any one of these is reason enough to revisit it.
If your best work from two years ago is still your best work, that’s the first sign.
