Figma handles almost all of our design work at this point, from early wireframes through to final handoff files. Notion holds project briefs, meeting notes, and client documentation in one place, which sounds boring but has saved us more time than any single design tool.

For anything client-facing, we lean on Loom for async video updates — it cuts down on status-update emails significantly and lets clients see our reasoning, not just the final screens.
