A Quick Look Inside Our Design Process

Every project we take on moves through the same four stages, even if the time spent in each one varies a lot depending on scope. Discover is about understanding the real problem, not just the stated request. Define turns that understanding into a single agreed direction.

Design is where most of the visible work happens, but it’s usually the shortest phase relative to the other three once the direction is locked. Deliver means production-ready files and a short walkthrough, not just a folder dropped in an email.

Four stages, the same for almost every project: discover, define, design, deliver.
