Why Feedback Calls Beat Feedback Emails

Written feedback feels more efficient, but it often multiplies the number of revision rounds instead of reducing them. A vague email note leaves us guessing at intent, and guessing wrong just adds another round to the timeline.

A short live call, even fifteen minutes, lets us ask a clarifying question on the spot instead of waiting a full day for a reply. Most projects move faster once feedback happens out loud.

Feedback collected in a live call gets resolved in minutes. The same feedback in email chains can take days.
